Maine’s locally owned direct market for premium quality wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon. Sourced from the largest sustainable salmon fishery in the world within the pristine waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska. We are your fishermen and purveyors! Every summer we make the trek from Coast to Coast to meet the salmon upon their return to spawning grounds. We believe in responsibly harvesting wild protein, by both protecting and celebrating it on the basis of respect.

Ready to eat! Smoked and either cured (cold) or cooked (hot) to perfection. Prepared for us by Trapper’s Creek Smoking Co. based in Anchorage AK.

The flavor is delicate and so fresh! There is absolutely no "fishy" smell or taste. The fillets are gorgeous, easy to thaw in a few hours. Poaching is an excellent way to make sure they don't dry out because of the low fat content of the fish. You can't beat wild fish, and supporting a young hard-working local couple who are out there catching it is icing on the salmon cake!
