I learned about Courtney and John's salmon business this fall and immediately reached out to them. I love salmon but it pains me to buy farmed fish. Courtney and John participate in an extraordinary fishery and promote and sell their catch of beautiful Alaskan salmon with the reverence and integrity it deserves. The product is gorgeous and I'm proud to serve it.

We are so happy to have a source of such fresh, high quality Alaskan salmon. Courtney and John of Coast to Coast Salmon provide top-notch, sustainably sourced product and we couldn't be happier to be able to include such delicious, wholesome seafood in our meal rotation at home.

The flavor is delicate and so fresh! There is absolutely no "fishy" smell or taste. The fillets are gorgeous, easy to thaw in a few hours. Poaching is an excellent way to make sure they don't dry out because of the low fat content of the fish. You can't beat wild fish, and supporting a young hard-working local couple who are out there catching it is icing on the salmon cake!
